Will the COVID-19 vaccination void your life insurance policy? !

A lawyer, Todd Callender, has gone viral after claiming your COVID-19 vaccination will void your life insurance policy!

Take a look at his claims and find out what the facts really are!

Todd Callender: The COVID-19 vaccination will void your life insurance!

People are sharing a video of Todd Callender, an attorney, who claimed during a TruNews interview that getting the COVID-19 shot will void your life insurance policy!

Death by ‘suicide’: Life insurance companies likely to deny most COVID Jab claims

Attorney Todd Callender: “The court specifically found that participating in clinical trials is so dangerous that it voids insurance policy coverage. “You should have known. They treated it, for the purposes of the law, as a suicide. The court said: “Participating in a phase three clinical trial is suicide. This is the conclusion.

Here is a short transcript of what he said in the video for your reference.

He cites an unspecified court case that occurred”three weeks ago“, or “the judge looked at this and actually told the person who took the experimental shot – who died – called it a suicide“.

He then goes on to say:He called it suicide because you knew, or should have known, that you were participating in a highly dangerous activity called the Phase 3 clinical trial, and therefore voided coverage under the contract. The insurance company does not have to pay for this contract.

Truth : Willingness to vaccinate COVID-19 DO NOT Cancel your life insurance!

This is yet another example of anti-vaccination FAKE VIDEOS that anti-vaccination activists are concocting to mislead people about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1: No judge ruled vaccine death a suicide

Curiously, Callender did not specify where this court case occurred, nor the exact details of the case which he said would be a landmark case.

This is because there is no such trial. There are no known court cases in which a judge has ruled that someone who died after being vaccinated against COVID-19 was considered a suicide.

Fact #2: A false story was born from a court case in France

This false story appears to come from a German right-wing anti-vaccination website, which published an article about a french millionaire who died as a result of the vaccine and whose life insurance was cancelled.

This website claimed it was originally posted by the family’s attorney, Carlo Alberto Brusaon his Facebook page.

However, Brusa’s Facebook page has NO posts on any court cases, dating back to December 27, 2020 – when COVID-19 vaccinations first started in France.

As far as we can tell, this story was completely FABRICATED.

Fact #3: There has been no legal case of this type in France

There are several articles and videos – all referencing the Greek or German website, which brings us back to Brusa. And yet there is ZERO evidence :

  • that a French millionaire actually died as a result of his COVID-19 vaccination.
  • that any insurance company refused to pay out a life insurance policy because the insured died as a result of the COVID-19 vaccination.
  • that any French court has ruled that a death due to vaccination is considered a suicide.
  • any court case or document relating to the case

If a French court had indeed ruled that dying from a COVID-19 vaccine is considered suicide, it would have been HUGE NEWS with major legal implicationsand covered worldwide!

These articles were first published in January 2022and over 3 months later no one else has it covered except for a few small anti-vaccination websites?

It’s because it never happened.

Fact #4: Vaccines only get EUA after passing phase 3 Trials

Callender falsely claimed that the life insurance was canceled because this person was considered to have participated in a phase 3 clinical trial.

This is not possible, as COVID-19 vaccines can only be given to the public, AFTER the vaccine has successfully completed its Phase 3 clinical trial and has received either emergency use authorization or full approval from a health authority such as the US FDA or EMA.

Incidentally, phase 3 trials ended in 2020 for the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, and they both received their EUAs in December 2020.

I should also point out that the Pfizer vaccine has received its full FDA approval on August 23, 2021, as the Moderna vaccine received its Full FDA approval on January 31, 2022.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has also renewed the authorization of these vaccines:

  • Moderna Spikevax: October 4, 2021
  • Pfizer COMIRNATY: November 3, 2021
  • AstraZeneca Vaxzevria: November 9, 2021
  • Johnson & Johnson Janssen: January 3, 2022

So none of these COVID-19 vaccines are experimental. They all passed their clinical tests and were approved.

Fact #5: COVID-19 vaccines proven safe

COVID-19 vaccines have been shown to be safe and effective in massive Phase 2/3 trials that involved hundreds of thousands of volunteers.

These COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials are much larger than the usual clinical trials for new drugs or vaccines.

On top of that, they continue to be under post-marketing surveillance, to catch very rare side effects like myocarditis (risk less than 1 in a million).

With so much clinical data, there is not at all any insurance company or court can say that vaccines are dangerous or experimental.

Fact #6: Vaccination against COVID-19 will not affect life Assurance

Insurance companies and regulators around the world have publicly stated that these statements are FALSE.

They have also publicly stated that the COVID-19 vaccination will not affect your life insurance.

American Council of Life Insurance (ACLI)

We’ve said it before and, sadly, we have to say it again as misinformation about life insurance claims and the COVID-19 vaccine continues to spread.

Policyholders should be assured that nothing has changed in the claims process as a result of COVID-19 vaccinations. Life insurance policies are very clear about how they work and what cause, if any, could result in a claim being denied. The decision of an insured person to be vaccinated or not against COVID-19 is not part of it. Nothing has changed in the claims process for life insurers.

Policyholders should contact their life insurance companies, agents or financial professionals with questions related to COVID. They will be happy to help you.

Insurance Supervisory and Resolution Authority (ACPR)

The conditions of death of the insured have no effect on the payment to the beneficiary of the sums paid under a life insurance contract.

Exclusion clauses are provided for contractually… In practice, the risks targeted by the exclusions are not very diversified and, to our knowledge, no contract contains clauses which would allow exclusion as cause of death of the consequences of vaccination, or more generally of treatment medical. , with a doctor’s prescription.

Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA)

Contrary to misinformation shared online, receiving a COVID-19 vaccine will have no effect on the ability to obtain coverage or benefits from life insurance or supplemental health insurance.

CLHIA is aware of the misinformation spread on social media claiming that people who get vaccinated will not be able to get life insurance or may be denied disability or life insurance benefits. These claims are incorrect and have no factual basis.

Association of British Insurers (ABI)

There are claims that having the Covid-19 vaccine will impact your life insurance coverage. It’s wrong.

Receiving a Covid-19 vaccine will not impact your insurance coveragewhether it is life insurance, private medical insurance or other forms of insurance.

Financial Services Council of Australia (FSC)

The Financial Services Council (FSC) is today reassuring Australians that taking a COVID-19 vaccine will not invalidate life insurance policies despite false rumors suggesting otherwise.

FSC CEO Sally Loane said the false rumours, which have been circulating on social media, incorrectly suggest that the COVID-19 vaccine is an “experimental medical treatment” and therefore the vaccine is a “self-injury”. inflicted” which could void life insurance policies. .

“To be clear, the COVID-19 vaccine is not an experimental treatment. Receiving approved treatment from a qualified medical professional at a licensed medical facility is not self-inflicted injury,” Ms Loane said.

“One of the main reasons people buy life insurance policies is to provide peace of mind for themselves and their families. The FSC wants to reassure Australians that when they get vaccinated, their life insurance will be there for them, without any impact.

“This fearmongering is wrong, it is totally inappropriate and it must stop immediately.”

In other words, insurance companies in the United States and around the world will not deny life insurance payouts if someone dies from a COVID-19 vaccine.

These statements were released MONTHS ago…so I have to ask Todd Callender – why are you lying?
